Mike Purvis - Managing Director

Mike has more than 30 years experience , advising and working with the major banks, insurers, asset managers and listed corporates in Australia, UK, US and Switzerland to improve their governance, resilience and assurance. Mike’s experience has included the design and implementation of business, governance, operational risk and compliance operating models, integration of governance, risk and compliance into day to day planning and decision making activities and transformation and operation of business functions, risk and compliance functions and internal audit functions. 


Mike is a passionate, collaborative, hands-on and trusted leader with a proven track record of adding significant value to his clients through the delivery of innovative, commercial and pragmatic solutions.  


Mike was previously an Advisory Partner at Ernst & Young and Managing Director at Protiviti.
